• Evaluation current food safety status based on the customized audit checklists

• Review of evaluation results and suggestions for improvement on sites (with site managers, staffs)

Report release

• Auditor: Write the audit report

• Reviewer: Review all reports and coach before release.

• Site manager: Reply to improvements regarding nonconformities in the report

Recommend

• Identification and analysis of audit results and major nonconformities

• Suggestions for improvement on frequent nonconformities/issues (group training if necessary)
